CommTech Good Practice

In addition to the presentations by Jon C. Iwata and Frank Bodin, the program includes labs that last an hour in which participants can immerse themselves in specific areas and directly observe how communication is planned and managed today on the basis of data. There will also be numerous short presentations by practitioners from Switzerland.
