New Google Marketing Platform Pricing Model Is Less Complex – and More Affordable

As one of only six licensed partners in Switzerland, we would like to share important news from the Google Marketing Platform (GMP): Starting in December, a new pricing model will be in place that simplifies pricing and reduces costs. This is good news for customers but also an exciting opportunity for those interested in the marketing platform.

The sovereignty over user data collected on the internet is also an important point from a marketing perspective. This is the only way for companies to have control over the use of this data themselves on the one hand and to use it specifically for advertising on the other. To meet needs such as ownership over marketing data and efficient, digital advertising campaigns, we recommend that companies work with ad tech solutions like the Google Marketing Platform. Good news on the pricing front: Starting December 2020 there will be only one fee level per GMP module. GMP will also become cheaper: As an official Swiss reseller of the digital marketing solution, Webrepublic will also pass on these new conditions to its customers. For companies working with Google Ads up to now, this adjustment is a good opportunity to upgrade to GMP to optimize their marketing game.
