Once we receive your application, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible—no later than two weeks. Our interview process typically includes two rounds: a virtual interview and a skills assessment, during which you’ll also have the chance to get a tour through our office. Depending on the role, the process may vary; for leadership positions, there are usually three rounds.
In our office, you can be yourself—just with a bit of common sense. For client meetings, feel free to pull out your business-casual outfit, but there’s no tie required here. Show us your style and feel comfortable!
Our office is a space for connection and collaboration. Spread across five floors, including a rooftop terrace, you’re free to move around or find a quiet spot when you need it. We also host regular events, parties, and team lunches—take advantage of these to expand your knowledge and connect with others!
We believe that great things happen through personal interaction—which is why in-office collaboration is important to us. We don’t offer fully remote positions, but you’ll have access to a fantastic office and, depending on your role or after completing a traineeship, the option to work from home 1-2 days per week. With one exception: on Mondays, we kick off the week together in the office!
Work-life balance is very important to us. With our flexible annual working time model, our team members can balance busy and quieter periods. We want to be honest: as you might expect, there are intense phases in agency life. But balance is a top priority here—and late-night shifts are definitely not part of the deal!
