Gen Z is bold, driven, and con­fid­ent. When it comes to their (fu­ture) em­ploy­ers, young people have clear ex­pect­a­tions: autonomy at work, a healthy work-​​life bal­ance, and at­tract­ive be­ne­fits are non-​​negotiable. In ad­di­tion to tra­di­tional ap­pren­tice­ships, they have count­less op­por­tun­it­ies to ex­plore—in­tern­ships, uni­ver­sity stud­ies, trav­el­ing the world—everything is on the table. As the train­ing part­ner for SBB, BLS, RhB, the As­so­ci­ation of Pub­lic Trans­port (VöV), and around 70 other mo­bil­ity com­pan­ies, login Berufs­b­ildung AG or­gan­izes market-​​oriented ap­pren­tice­ships and in­tern­ships.

To fill these po­s­i­tions, we de­veloped the match­ing cre­at­ive concept, media strategy, and cam­paign ex­e­cu­tion for login.

Over a period of ap­prox­im­ately 3.5 months, the cam­paign gen­er­ated 35 mil­lion im­pres­sions across 8 dif­fer­ent chan­nels. Com­pared to the pre­vi­ous year, the cam­paign achieved a 44% in­crease in sub­mit­ted ap­plic­a­tions and the cost per ap­plic­a­tion was re­duced by 32%.

At the Best of Swiss Web Award, the cam­paign won a gold medal in the Per­form­ance Cam­paigns cat­egory and a sil­ver medal in the Mar­ket­ing cat­egory.
