Tom spends his spare time hiking Kilimanjaro or sailing the seven seas, as the photos purportedly ‘prove’.
Tom is in charge of the strategic direction of Webrepublic and strategic customer development. He frequently speaks at national and international industry events and is a member of the board at IAB Switzerland, where he is a part of the «Programmatic» focus group. Before founding Webrepublic, he built up Google’s presence in Switzerland and Austria as Google’s first employee in Switzerland. Previously, he was head of Yahoo Switzerland for three years.
Co-Founder / Partner
In his spare time, Tobias likes to wander through the Swiss mountains, brew his own beer or embark on a quest for musical pearls.
As Co-Founder and Partner, Tobias is responsible for the strategic development of new business areas and new partnerships. He actively contributes to the development of the digital marketing industry as a speaker at conferences and lecturer at various universities and colleges. Before co-founding Webrepublic in 2009, he worked for, among others, Google in Zurich. Before that, he studied mass communication and media research at the University of Zurich, writing his thesis on the online advertising market.
When Hannes isn’t looking after his team members and/or their clients, the amateur film expert is getting excited over typical highbrow subjects: soccer, rock’n’roll and steak.
Hannes has been with Webrepublic since the early days when it consisted of only three desks and a barbecue. Today, he is responsible for search engine advertising, search engine optimization, social media marketing, display advertising and graphics at Webrepublic.
In his spare time, Chris indulges his ‘need for speed’ as a passionate e-cyclist, sailor and skier.
With us, Chris primarily consults B2B clients in the development and execution of complex international campaigns. Additionally, he manages the digital consulting, digital analytics, engineering and client solutions teams at Webrepublic and acts as CFO of the company. Prior to joining Webrepublic, Chris founded two successful B2B eCommerce players and was a member of the group management board of a publicly listed Swiss company where he was responsible for the areas of Business Development and Marketing. Chris holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
